International Delivery

At the Glass Whiteboard Collective, we regularly supply bespoke glass whiteboards to clients across the EU and the Middle East. Whether you are specifying a single board or coordinating a large office refit, we can support international projects with clear communication and flexible shipping options.

All of our glass whiteboards are manufactured in house by our team in the UK. This gives us complete control over production quality, bespoke sizing, colour consistency and finishing details before your boards leave our workshop.

We offer two international delivery options depending on your project requirements.

1. Door to Door Delivery Arranged by Us

We can manage the full shipment from our UK workshop directly to your site. Delivery can be arranged by sea or by air depending on turnaround time and shipment budget.

Sea freight typically requires between 3 and 5 weeks shipping time, in addition to manufacturing.

Air freight can reduce shipping time to a matter of days, again in addition to manufacturing.

Our team will guide you through the most appropriate option based on your deadline and location, ensuring all documentation and logistics are handled professionally.

2. EX WORKS Collection from Our UK Warehouse

Alternatively, we can supply on an EX WORKS basis. Your order will be prepared and made available for collection from our UK warehouse, allowing you or your nominated carrier to arrange onward shipment.

This option provides flexibility for clients who prefer to manage their own logistics or consolidate shipments.

Manufacturing & Timeline Control

Because your glass whiteboards are made in house by us, we maintain full oversight of production schedules. If you are working to a fixed programme or tight installation deadline, let us know at the point of order and we will coordinate directly with our workshop to align manufacturing with your required dates.

Unlike suppliers who manufacture overseas and rely on third party shipping timelines, we retain control over both production and dispatch, helping to reduce delays and improve certainty for time sensitive projects.
